Your card will be put on file but not charged and if you need to cancel within 7 days of reservation you will be charged 1 night's fee. There are smoking rooms available and all rooms except for 4 are ground floor. There is no continental breakfast but there is a restaurant across the street which I will check out.  If you want to reserve on line instead of over the phone you will need the code NYSCBS to get our rates.  I am very pleased I could get this rate, I was beginning to doubt our ability to get anything close to it.  I do hope that in spite of the current economy that you can see your way clear to come, possibly car pool with another couple to save on gas.  I will do the best on meal prices and locations.  If you have any questions please feel free to call me or email to: dfreeland@hvc.rr.com   Donna
