The NYS Covered Bridge Society is the place for selling your Covered Bridge-related items!
This site accepts covered bridge related items from members for free and from non-members for $10 per advertisement.

The listings are for one calendar month ONLY. At the end of the month all ads are removed. If you wish to relist, please forward a new copy of the ad to be included in a later month's listing. All ads must be received by the 15th to allow processing time. A 10% donation to the Society from any sale from the marketplace is suggested; payable to NYSCBS (send to Reid Bader, Treasurer).
We shall try to be as accurate as possible but please realize we are using the seller's descriptions so the Society accepts no liability whatsoever for any misspellings, inaccuracies, negligent misrepresentation, any form of liability, property damage during shipping, lost or misdirected mail, personal injury from the use or misuse of any item, the cost of repairing or replacing any item, any unreported defect or deficiency, any consequential damage, breach of contract, or any other theory of liability. Much the same as any Pennysaver, buyer beware.
To place an ad:
Members: email ad to: rmichielsen@stny.rr.com including ACCURATE description of item with: colors, dimensions, material (cast bronze, ceramic, cloth, etc.), price, whether shipping is included and if not, an estimate of shipping costs - OR that local pick-up only is suggested, type of payment requested, etc. You MUST include email or telephone number (both are suggested) so potential buyers can contact you with additional questions, if any, and to arrange delivery or pick-up. Please include: who, what, where, how much, what condition, and how to contact you, the seller. No more than three items per ad.
NON-Members: Mail ad with donation
($10.00 check or money order) made payable to New York State Covered Bridge
Society; to: Reid Bader - 207 Seneca Creek Road, West Seneca, NY 14224-2347.
Ad and donation MUST BE received no later than the 15th of the month to
allow for processing time, once payment has cleared, the ad shall appear with
the next month's update. No more than three items per ad. The $10 donation
will include a one-year membership in the NYSCBS so any subsequent listings
within that calendar year will be as a member and thus free. Membership
renewal will be at our normal membership rate.
EXAMPLE ONLY! For Sale: Porcelain diorama by Dakota, made in 1953 of red covered bridge with brown horse and black buggy. Approximately 3" wide X 2" deep and 1 1/2" tall. Excellent condition except the horse's head is missing, bridge roof is only half there, some chipped paint and large crack near center of diorama. Asking $85 or best offer, prefer Money Order or cash, no personal checks accepted! Insurance is included with shipping for only $9.00 in continental US.
